Lily & Poppy Event & Party Rentals Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lily & Poppy Event & Party Rentals! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required right away to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will forfeit all of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less 7 days of the event will forfeit 100% of the payment.

3. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery Area: We serve Santa Monica, CA, and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.

• Setup and Takedown: Our team will handle the setup and takedown of all rented equipment.

• Access Requirements: Please ensure we have easy access to the setup location. Inform us of any obstacles or special requirements in advance.

4. Equipment Use

• Supervision: An adult must supervise all equipment at all times. Lily & Poppy Event & Party Rentals is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

• Damage: The renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Fees for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

• Restrictions: No food, drinks, sharp objects, or shoes allowed on inflatables. Follow all posted safety guidelines.

5. Weather Policy

• Inclement Weather: In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your booking for safety reasons. You will receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

• Rain: Light rain may not necessitate cancellation, but heavy rain, high winds, or lightning will require equipment to be deflated and secured.

6. Liability

• Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lily & Poppy Event & Party Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our equipment.

• Insurance: We carry liability insurance, but it is recommended that renters also have their own event insurance.

7. Photo and Video Release

By renting from Lily & Poppy Event & Party Rentals, you grant us permission to use photos and videos from your event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.
